This vegan meat is marinating in delicious garlic and citrus marinade. Eat it on or with everything. To make a Cubano sandwich, heat the meat up in skillet or oven, get a sandwich roll and put on a bit mayo and mustard, some thinly sliced onions and tomato. We like a little shredded cabbage for crunch but good without. Put on a hot griddle or cast iron skillet and use a sandwich griddle weight or even a rock or brick that you can hold to flatten a bit and crisp the outside. If you have a panini machine use that! Yes you can eat it cold right out of the bag, but warming it develops those flavors more!
